Can the original image and analyzed image be shown side by side?
Is there ability for a manual override? Some lighter stained seeds did not register as viable but this could allow for an easy correction.
When the space is paused, some users have thought the tool is broken or something is wrong. Some of this can be improved by clarifying in any messages about the tool that this might happen. Optimising the build might also help but I think I've done most of what I can with that.
