ViFortune - SLM/SVLM for Vietnamese

Welcome babies! Our focus is on Small Language Model/ Small Visual Language Model on Vietnamese Language (production-ready will support later). We will further approach to SALM(Small Audio Language Model) in two or three months after full-finetuning on some of under development VLMs

Models Under Development

• InternVL: based on InternVL3_5 with thinking mode
• Ovis: based on Ovis2_5
• mPLUG: favorite one on ModelScope

Current status

• 09/15/2025: Working on pretrained models with Vintern and VOvis using 5CD's dataset
• FastVLM research on compatible supports
