Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day.

What this is

Tell it how you spent some time. A day on the couch. A 12-hour shift. Three hours scrolling. A year at a job you hated. A decade raising your kids.

It doesn't judge whether your time was wasted or productive. It shows you what was actually inside that time — the parts you didn't count, the things that happened between the things you noticed. Time isn't a resource. It's a place you were.
