Code review standards
Every change to production code needs at least one approving review from an engineer who did not write it, and two approvals for changes to billing or authentication. Reviewers aim to respond within one business day. Pull requests should be below 400 changed lines where possible. The author merges only after all comments are resolved and the pipeline is green.
