Laptop refresh for engineering staff
Engineers receive a new laptop every 36 months. The standard model is the 16-inch Apple workstation with 32 GB of memory; engineers working on robot simulation may request the 64 GB configuration with a written justification from their tech lead. Old laptops must be returned to IT within 14 days of receiving the new one so they can be wiped and recycled.
