how to get answer of task 1871 in dev?

I don't know how to calculate the answer. By the way, task 2697 in dev, guidelines format {card_scheme}:{fee} should change to {ACI}:{fee} ?

Hello @ejoy ,

Regarding task 1871: You'll need to work with the data files and manual in order to solve this question. If you get an answer that is accurate for 2 decimals, that's fine.

On task 2697: You are correct. The format should be {ACI}:{fee}
