Hi all,

I have two questions about the dataset:

• If a single transaction matches multiple rules in fees.json, is there a standard way to determine which rule should be applied?

• If a transaction matches no rules at all, what is the expected behavior in that case?

I couldn’t find clear guidance in the official documentation. Any advice or references would be greatly appreciated.
