Error when trying to get my certificate

I have taken the agents' course and passed the final test with a score of 35. However, when I try to obtain my certificate of completion, I get an error.
Same for me at the moment, probably an issue on their end
I had the same issue until I tried again by connecting to another network. See if that works for you.
