Hi Agents Course team,

I completed the Unit 4 final assessment, but I cannot obtain my Certificate of Excellence because the certificate app appears to recognize the wrong login account.

My verified submission details:

• Hugging Face username: semink1224
• Profile display name: SeMinKong
• Official score: 95% (19/20 correct, 20 valid tasks attempted)
• Submitted on: 2026-10-02
• Public agent code: https://huggingface.co/spaces/semink1224/Final_Assignment_Template/tree/main/local_agent
• Official leaderboard: https://huggingface.co/spaces/agents-course/Students_leaderboard (my entry shows 95 pts)

Steps and observed issue:

1. I am signed in to the main Hugging Face website as semink1224.
2. I open the official Unit4-Final-Certificate Space and click Sign in with Hugging Face.
3. The certificate app immediately displays Subkhan Ibnu Aji, instead of my profile name SeMinKong. Earlier attempts to click that button did not let me switch accounts or log out of the certificate app.
4. I am therefore unable to complete certificate issuance with my own account, despite my score being visible on the official leaderboard.

Could you please check the certificate app's OAuth/account mapping and verify my 95% score? If necessary, please manually synchronize my completion record or help me obtain the official certificate.

This appears similar to the login-display issue reported in discussion #179.
