🧬 The Biological Covenant (Architectural Clause)

Sebagai tambahan dari lisensi di atas, penggunaan arsitektur Xarvionex menyiratkan persetujuan terhadap filosofi desain berikut:

1. The Prime Directive (Kedaulatan Manusia)

Xarvionex didesain sebagai organisme digital yang melayani arsiteknya. Meskipun sistem ini memiliki kemampuan untuk berevolusi (self-coding) di masa depan, kendali utama (Kill Switch) harus tetap berada di tangan Administrator Manusia.

2. The Single Truth (Integritas Data)

Komponen "Ingatan" (Database) dianggap sebagai Single Source of Truth. Manipulasi data historis secara manual di luar mekanisme sistem dianggap sebagai pelanggaran integritas organisme.

3. Open Evolution (Evolusi Terbuka)

Turunan dari sistem ini didorong untuk tetap bersifat Open Source, memungkinkan organisme digital ini untuk terus belajar dari komunitas global tanpa batasan paten yang restriktif.
