Fix three issues: TL869IMAX missing from neon row (ring cut 6→12), slow image load (loader concurrency 6→12, flush 2→4/frame, high-priority rank<24), search precision (product floor 24, interior lexical floor 60, CLIP cosine floor 0.18 rel 0.45)
