# Block Xaero Inc.

AI models for Cyan - an offline-first, decentralized collaboration tool.

## Models

## What They Do

**cyan-lens** (Phi-3 fine-tuned)
- Looks at structured Integration Graph events to correlate from various integration points to
  say what is missing and what might be an issue from a view point of design-drifting and over-architecture.
- Analyzes code structure and design docs
- Detects architectural issues (coupling, layer violations)
- Identifies design patterns (GoF, DDD, CQRS)

**cyan-board** (YOLOX fine-tuned)
- Segments whiteboard images
- Extracts sticky notes, arrows, diagrams, text
- Outputs structured objects for Cyan canvas
