 Build Small Hackathon org
  • Add YAML tags (track backyard-ai + 4 badge tags)
  • Add Links section: social post, live Space, fine-tuned planner, SFT dataset (demo video TODO)
  • Correct Models table to the real 3-model setup (vision 4.6B + fine-tuned planner 8B + FLUX/SDXL 9B = ~21.6B)
  • Update Well-Tuned badge to reflect TWO fine-tuned models
  • Fix architecture highlights (separate Modal endpoints, not single model)
