To Admin: Last-minute deploy bug — PR ready to fix it

Hi! I ran into a last-minute issue right at the deadline. While switching to sdk: Gradio, a route conflict caused Gradio's frontend assets to 404, making the Space appear blank.
I have a PR ready that fixes it (keeps Gradio's / intact, serves the React UI at /app). The app itself is fully working — DB connected, LLM live, all features functional. You can see it at:

If any admin is able to merge the open PR, the Space embed would show the full app properly. Totally understand if that's not possible, just wanted to flag it in case.
