Modal Usage

Bug Therapist uses Modal for backend inference and API hosting. Modal hosts the Qwen2.5-1.5B-Instruct model and serves therapy report generation through FastAPI endpoints.

Qwen2.5-1.5B-Instruct (1.5B parameters) keeps the project well within the Build Small requirement of staying under 32B parameters.
