One cricket. Raised by everyone. Powered entirely by MiniCPM5-1B.

一只活在 Space 里、被全网共养的电子蛐蛐。每个访客喂它一句话,它的性格、长相、 心情都会真实改变;攒够喂养会蜕皮变身;喂它脏话它会生病,并在日记里告状; 它的一生(每一帧形态)都可以在时间轴上回放。

Every visitor feeds it one sentence. Its personality, look and mood truly evolve. Enough feedings trigger a molt. Feed it toxicity and it gets sick — and complains about you in its diary. Its entire life is replayable, frame by frame.

🧠 Built Small

• 唯一大脑 / Only brain: openbmb/MiniCPM5-1B (GGUF Q4_K_M, 1.08B params)
• Runtime: llama.cpp (llama-cpp-python) with JSON-schema grammar for structured output
• Serving: a single MiniCPM5-1B on one T4 GPU (Modal) keeps every reply snappy (~1-3s) even when the whole internet feeds it at once
• Looks: parametric SVG driven by its 5 personality traits (勇/萌/怨/智/馋 — brave/cute/grudge/wit/glutton)
• Memory: its whole life is committed to a public HF Dataset every 5 minutes — restart-proof, verifiable, replayable

🏮 文化注脚 / Cultural note

斗蛐蛐(cricket keeping & fighting)是延续千年的中国民间游戏;蒲松龄《促织》写尽了 一只蛐蛐背后的悲欢。这只电子蛐蛐把这份记忆接到了 2026 年的互联网上—— 这次,它由一千个陌生人共同喂大。
