Running on Zero

Sync GitHub branch feature/dream-qa-composer-debug-ui at 11975c5.

• Move Debug into the left flow column so Advanced expansion does not push it below the workspace.
• Align Advanced tuning controls with the Dream QA warm paper/sage UI system.
• Preserve modal defaults for text, vision, and ASR routes.

Local verification before upload:

• python -m pytest -q: 112 passed
• scripts/smoke_local_space_mirror.py --url http://127.0.0.1:7862: passed
• Chrome DOM verification on local 7862 for tuning colors and dropdown arrows.
