Sync post-merge polish from GitHub feature/mimo-asr-modal@9e99143.

Replace sample chips with a Sample dream dropdown.
Remove stale overdue-email demo copy from the first screen.
Ground friend misunderstanding dreams in real relationship/emotion anchors.
Include regression tests for UI and semantic gates.
