binary-logos

Local logo cache for the binary registry. The background enricher (narrator/enricher.py) pulls a logo per identified binary into this directory as <binary>.svg (or .png); the UI's BinaryLogo serves it from here and falls back to a colored monogram when a file isn't present yet.

100% local — no logo is ever fetched at render time (Non-negotiable #2). Safe to delete; it will be repopulated as sessions are analyzed.
