60–90 Second Judging Demo
- 0–10s: Show the five-question Tower Reading and submit answers.
- 10–20s: Reveal the AI-proposed archetype and alter one stat to show player agency.
- 20–38s: Demonstrate intent-driven combat: Strike, Defend for AP, then Signature.
- 38–48s: Show three loot choices and equip one.
- 48–60s: Jump to Floor 4.5 in the prepared demo build; reveal the behavior-driven evolution and optional healing choice.
- 60–78s: Show the final boss reacting after three turns and changing one move in its validated deck.
- 78–90s: Defeat the boss and show the permanent ascension passive.
