0:00-0:10 "If you have ADHD, task initiation can feel like staring at a wall. The task is not impossible, but your brain cannot find the first edge. And even when you do start, time-blindness means a 'quick five minutes' can quietly become twenty."

0:10-0:25 "This is Unstuck. I paste one overwhelming task — 'clean up my inbox and reply to the important emails' — pick a step size, and hit Enter. Instead of advice, I get tiny, timed steps. And notice: only the first step is lit up. No wall of tasks — just the next thing."

0:25-0:40 "I press Start on that step and just do it. When I hit Done, Unstuck measures the time for me — no self-tracking, which is exactly what a time-blind brain can't do. The estimate said 6 minutes; it took 14. The spotlight moves to the next step. This one doesn't matter anymore — Skip — and it's struck out without polluting my data."

0:40-0:58 "If a step is still too big, 'Still stuck?' breaks just that step into even tinier pieces, right in place. And as I log real times, watch the 'For you' estimates on the remaining steps shift — Unstuck is learning my personal time-blindness, per category. 'Your patterns' shows the receipts: my admin estimates run about 2× long, and it adjusts for that."

0:58-1:10 "When the last step resolves: 'Done — 5 steps in 48 minutes. The AI guessed 30 — you took 1.6× longer, and Unstuck now knows that.' It's not pretending I got faster. It's making the plan honest. I can copy the whole plan as a markdown checklist, and everything — my plan, my history — lives in my browser, not on a server."

1:10-1:25 "The model is Qwen/Qwen3-4B-Instruct-2507, a ≤4B model behind a single generate() seam that also runs on HF serverless inference and Nebius Token Factory — so the core experience is something you can host yourself."

Capture checklist (2026-06-14)

• Record in a browser logged in to HF (anonymous ZeroGPU quota dies mid-demo).
• Seed "Your patterns" first: log 2–3 steps in a warm-up plan so calibration is visible, then "New plan" for the on-camera run.
• Show the phone-width layout for 2 seconds if convenient (responsive CSS is in).

Optional beats (slot in if the 90s allows — added 2026-06-13)

• Calendar export (best mid-plan, while steps remain): "And because the whole problem is time-blindness — I can drop the remaining steps straight onto my calendar, each block already sized to my calibrated time." Click Add remaining steps to calendar (.ics), open the downloaded file in Calendar for 2 seconds.
• Reload resilience (if a step is logged): refresh the page → the "↩ Restored your plan from earlier — N steps left" banner appears → "my plan survives a reload, in the browser, no account."
• Share (at the end, after the honest completion banner): click Copy share update → paste the one-line brag → "and it's honest in the share text too."
