Apply for a GPU community grant: Academic project
We are releasing Bernini, a state-of-the-art unified video generation and editing model from ByteDance Research (arXiv:2605.22344). Bernini is an open-source academic project that combines an MLLM-based semantic planner with a DiT-based renderer, achieving top-tier performance on video editing benchmarks โ surpassing leading closed-source commercial models.
We are requesting a free GPU to host an interactive demo so the research community can explore the model's capabilities, including text-to-image, text-to-video, image editing, video editing, and reference-to-video generation.
Model weights and code are fully open-sourced at https://huggingface.co/ByteDance/Bernini-R and https://github.com/bytedance/Bernini.
Hi @chilupku , we've assigned ZeroGPU to this Space. Please check the compatibility and usage sections of the ZeroGPU documentation to make sure your Space runs correctly on ZeroGPU. If you're using a coding agent like Claude Code, you can also try Hugging Face's official huggingface-zerogpu skill, which guides the agent through ZeroGPU's constraints and migration steps.
If you're able to, please consider upgrading to Pro ($9/month) for a higher ZeroGPU quota plus features like Dev Mode and Private Storage.
