Payment Gateway Registration Guide (USA Market)

Follow these steps to set up your payment infrastructure. Use your US LLC details and EIN.

1. Airwallex (Recommended Primary)

Airwallex is the most flexible for non-residents with a US LLC.

Steps:

1. Visit: Airwallex Signup
2. Entity Type: Choose United States LLC.
3. Personal Identification: Provide your Argentinian Passport.
4. Business Proof: Upload your EIN Confirmation (CP575) and Operating Agreement.
5. Bank Link: Connect your Mercury/Relay account if you have one.
6. Friction Setting: Once approved, go to Settings > Payments and ensure 3D Secure is set to "Disabled" or "Optional" for US transactions.

2. Stripe / Shopify Payments

Standard for high conversion, but stricter with ITIN.

Steps:

1. Visit: Stripe
2. Legal Entity: Choose Company -> LLC.
3. Tax ID: Enter your EIN.
4. Representative: If you don't have an ITIN/SSN, select "No" when asked for US tax residency and provide your passport number. Note: They may freeze funds if you don't provide an ITIN later.
5. Integration: Use the Stripe App in Shopify.

3. dLocal Go (Backup / Global)

Very simple setup, great for cross-border.

Steps:

1. Visit: dLocal Go
2. KYC: Use your DNI or Passport.
3. Business: You can register as an individual or your US LLC.
4. Payouts: Configure to send money to your bank in Argentina or via Payoneer.
