Install fastai_bear_classifier in Development mode

# make sure fastai_bear_classifier package is installed in development mode
$ pip install -e .

# make changes under nbs/ directory
# ...

# compile to have changes apply to fastai_bear_classifier
$ nbdev_prepare

$ pip install git+https://github.com/continuouslearnerforever/fastai-bear-classifier.git

or from conda

$ conda install -c continuouslearnerforever fastai_bear_classifier

or from pypi

$ pip install fastai_bear_classifier
