Why now.
AI is moving into every organisation, drafting the emails, answering the customers, shaping the decisions. The question is no longer whether to adopt it, but whose values it carries while it does.
The Church has seen this clearly. In his 2026 encyclical on artificial intelligence, Magnifica Humanitas, Pope Leo XIV reminds us that technology is never value-free: it carries the commitments of those who design, finance and use it. Yet the tools most organisations rely on are built by companies whose commitments are very different. A system that treats the Church's teaching as merely one opinion among many is not neutral; it is quietly at odds with the institutions depending on it.

We do not ask anyone to take our marketing word for “aligned.” The standard we aim at is the teaching of the Catholic Church on the human person, conscience and the dignity of life—and we build, test and correct the product with that horizon in view, with theological and ethical counsel where we can obtain it.
We are a company that wants to serve organisations of the Church’s mission—not a substitute for her voice, not a diocese, not the Holy See. The name says what we hope technology can carry: synderesis, the innate spark of conscience, the knowledge of right and wrong that comes before clever reasoning.

An AI scientist with a doctorate in philosophy, working at the meeting point of moral philosophy and applied AI, including in regulated, high-trust environments. He leads the model, the alignment, and our fidelity to Church teaching.
