Remove all comments from the codebase.

Your task:

1. Recursively traverse through the codebase
2. Identify and remove all comments in the code
3. This includes:
   • Single-line comments (// in JavaScript, # in Python, etc.)
   • Multi-line comments (/* */ in JavaScript, """ """ in Python, etc.)
   • Documentation comments (JSDoc, docstrings, etc.)
   • User-added comments
   • AI-generated comments

Ensure the code remains functional after comment removal. Preserve code structure and formatting.
