Encountering immediate error upon attempting to generate audio
I am encountering errors no matter which type of audio I upload. It was working just fine on Friday, but Saturday onward it is impossible to generate anything. Any help with this would be so appreciated.
We rolled out an update last weekend to improve overall experience. Now the reference audio is limited to under 30 seconds — in fact, around 10 seconds works best, and longer audio won’t yield better results. Also, please keep your target text within roughly 200 words. Could you check if this is causing the issue?
I just tried it again, and it worked wonderfully with an 8 second .wav reference audio. I kept my input to a sentence or two and it worked well. I wonder if the backend was just busy when I attempted to generate audio. I will continue to test it over the next day or two and report what triggers the issue. Thank you for that hint about the reference audio and the length of text. I think last time I tried to type about three sentences. Are there any restrictions on the types of files supported, i.e, which extensions are valid and invalid? Again, I am really thankful for your assistance troubleshooting.
