Updating dockerfile for learning.

REmove model removal name.

Working on model processing and evaluation. Updated .gitignore to exclude results.csv and requests.csv, which are generated during evaluation and should not be committed. Modified app.py to comment out the auto-run feature for the Gradio demo, as it may not be necessary for local testing and can be re-enabled later if needed.

Add udpated app.

Updating simulation and adding live evaluation loop.

Fixing sim evals and addting action stacking support.

Remove comments.

Adding config.yaml to .gitignore and updating app.py to load GRP model and config correctly.

Updating everything to use /playground as the working directory instead of /mini_grp.
