**Hugging Face Builders** is a global community program that puts local leaders at the center of the open-source machine learning movement. Builders run city-based chapters — hosting meetups, workshops, hackathons, and talks — creating local home bases for everything open-source AI.

Chapters are recognized once they have an active Builder. We review chapters annually to make sure communities stay healthy.
