A deep learning application for detecting and classifying bacteria in microscope images using YOLOv8.

This application automatically detects and classifies bacteria based on:
- Gram staining: Gram-positive (G+) vs Gram-negative (G-)
- Shape: Cocci (spherical) vs Bacilli (rod-shaped)
