Hermes Fallback Worker

A tiny Hugging Face Space used as a free, on-demand fallback worker for Hermes.

Purpose

  • Health/status check from server/GCP fallback.
  • Telegram webhook for @HermesFallbackFH_bot.
  • Lightweight AI replies through configured API fallback keys.
  • Contains a skills/ snapshot synchronized from the home Hermes server.
  • Contains model_chain.yaml, a snapshot of the home Hermes model/custom-provider/fallback configuration. HF copy excludes the Cloudflare Workers AI provider because Hugging Face's abuse filter flags Spaces containing that provider string.
  • No durable state and no production cron here.

Notes

Free CPU Spaces can sleep when inactive. Treat this as an auxiliary worker, not a 24/7 primary service.
