Contract Cancellation Process

إجراءات إلغاء العقد

يا فندم، لما العميل يطلب cancellation، لازم نتبع الإجراء ده عشان نقلل الـ churn ونحاول نعمل retention أولاً.

الخطوات الكاملة:
1. اسأل عن سبب الإلغاء (billing, speed, service quality, moving to another city, etc.).
2. حاول retention offer: extra GB أو discount حسب الـ ARPU.
3. لو مصر على الإلغاء: تحقق من outstanding balance في الـ BSS.
4. أنشئ cancellation request وخد confirmation من العميل.
5. Port-out process لو عايز ينقل الرقم (ياخد حتى 7 أيام).

Important Notes:
- Cancellation fee يطبق لو العقد لسه في الـ commitment period.
- VIP customers: escalate to Retention team قبل أي إجراء.

نصيحة للـ agent: "يا فندم، خلينا نحاول نحل المشكلة اللي مخليك تلغي قبل ما نكمل الإجراءات."
