	# ChittiOS

	A local-first household OS for the Reachy Mini. The inner circle — who is home,
	who is speaking — stays on the device.

	This build (Phase 1) is the app shell: on start it greets aloud and idles
	gently, and it stops cleanly when the daemon asks. It exists to prove the
	publish → install → run pipeline and audio-out on real hardware. Face
	recognition and spoken greet-by-name arrive in later phases.
