Roast this demo: icm-memory-layer (no code, just results)

I’m looking for a brutal critique of the icm-memory-layer demo. Since the source isn't public yet, I want you to tear apart the output and performance.
Don't hold back on:
Accuracy: Does it actually recall facts correctly, or is it just hallucinating "memories"?
Latency: Is the retrieval speed acceptable for a "high-speed" claim?
Utility: Is this actually better than a standard RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) setup, or is it just hype?
Edge Cases: Try to break the memory logic. If it fails, tell me how.
If the demo feels like "vaporware" or "just another wrapper," say so. I need to know if the value proposition holds up before I go further.
