Angle snap to default (text) camera angles, but don't work with specifc degree coordinates?

The green zone is the zone where I'd like to position my custom angle for the camera, like 297º, but it will not obey. Instead, it snaps to the nearest (hard-coded "2") angle. Can I input my own specific angles? Is this something planned for the future?
