Optimisation backend

Python run in the browser by Pyodide (see frontends/react/src/pyodide.worker.ts).

• src/logic.py: parsing the function, its derivatives, the optimisers and runs
• src/manager.py: the Manager methods the UI calls
• src/algorithms.json: each optimiser's settings, shared with the UI
• contract/: example calls, checked by tests/test_contract.py and the frontend's contract.check.ts

Run the tests with uv run pytest.
