Hi, I need to use the ESM predictions to calculate a precision and recall curve with a variant set I tested. What is the model available here, ESM1b vs ESM1v?

Hi! These variant effect predictions are based on ESM1b using the approach described in Brandes et al. https://www.nature.com/articles/s41588-023-01465-0
