R7 update (VeigaPunk free tier): still blocked after validating Track2 format (349 val keys after PAI-AV license accept). Once keys are valid, /submit hits AppError: requested GPU duration (450s) larger than maximum allowed. Free ZeroGPU daily quota is only 5 minutes (300s) < 450s, so free accounts cannot legally run the private evaluator as configured. Please set @spaces.GPU(duration=…) ≤ 120–300s or provide a free-tier scoring path. Submission JSON ready offline.

- Live LB #1 org Kanonenbombe has isPro=true (public overview API). Free user aiforadasenthusiast also reported the same 450s wall (discussion #2).
- Track2 format-valid pack ready: 349 val keys with public CoC gold offline; Track1 284-key packs ready.
- Free tier cannot legally request 450s (daily budget 300s). Please set private evaluator @spaces.GPU duration ≤120–300 OR document that HF Pro is required for submission.
