keep getting this error while trying to transcribe youtube video

Issue seems to be with yt-dlp or anything that downloads the youtube video/audio.... -_-
getting the same error on my space. I'm using yt-dlp. it's working ok locally so i'm assuming it has to do with HF's ip being blacklisted maybe?
