You mean the Discord link at the bottom of their site that I just tried and verified it works? It took me right to their Discord Server that I have been in for weeks... Where "/eta [YOU_INVOICE_NUMBER]" tells you a detailed estimate to your delivery date. It appears "the site is just not working" only for you. Maybe reinstall Discord; cause it's not a problem on their end.

I succedeed to connect t discord but it saying no channels there.
I don't really know what is the problem.
I am frequent user of Discord but I succeeded to connect to few other servers in the past.

With the order after waiting for 4(!) month it seems that the delivery is finally scheduled and hopefully I will get the robot soon and will be able to play with it.

Have you tried both Discord in the browser and the app? If you want, I can check your eta for you. That is 100% up to you. I don't see any reason why that would be any type of security risk just giving me your invoice number but up to you.

I feel you on the wait... I ordered the Wifi for my daughter who is 10 and just getting into robotics. Ours is scheduled for delivery on or around June 19th. At 4 months I'll be pacing if it gets that long. lol

I got email that it is sent now and should arrive in few days. This problem was resolved this week.
But my original order and payment was at the start of January.

And yes, I tried to connect to Discord both via mobile and Web app an it didn't work for me either way.
But I don't really need this Discord channel if I get the order.

🖖 Good luck. They had some shipping and other issues recently (not sure if you got the "An update on your shipping order" email like I did)... Likely related to that. Glad you are getting it sorted out.
