remove apps flow that is not working

@tfrere the user flow from the "Apps" section of hf.co/reachymini to the robot doesn't work because you can't install an app on your robot from a space so I just removed that section in this pull request (check "files changed"). We should try to minimize directing users to dead-end flows that are going to be more confusing to them.
I am a teacher, and when I use Reachy in my class, they get overwhelmed with the background noise sometimes. Is there I way I can tweak their settings to compensate?

To answser quickly, there is a native background noise reduction inside the microphone but for now, as far as i know, there is no way to tweak some parameters to play with.
