Processing Time for uploads is ridicously long!

Every URL or PDF I upload sits on processing and doesn't generate an answer.
From previous threads, it seems it should not take this long.
I have closed out of it and re-completed the request, still the same outcome.

Unfortunately, not. Still does not process an answer and
continues to "process".
I also emailed you about it as I was not able to respond to this thread before.
