Introducing Py-Trade: AI powered swing trading assistant

#1
by pykara - opened

Hello everyone,

I am happy to share Py-Trade, an AI powered trading assistant built as a Hugging Face Space.

Py-Trade helps equity traders analyse stocks using a single integrated dashboard. It combines:

a) Technical analysis:
RSI, MACD and other indicators with an overall TA score.

b) Fundamental analysis:
Key ratios such as P/E, earnings growth, revenue growth and debt to equity with a simple FA score.

c) News sentiment:
Recent news articles for the selected stock with a sentiment score and short summaries.

d) Price prediction:
LSTM based short term prediction of possible high and low prices for the coming days.

e) Trade recommendations
A basic idea of entry price, stop loss and target, plus support and resistance levels.

The current version focuses on the Indian market (NSE indices such as NIFTY 50). The goal is to extend it to more markets.

How to use the Space?

  1. Click the Get Started button.

  2. Choose the country, exchange, index and company.

  3. Click Run analysis.

  4. Review the overall score board, detailed TA and FA cards, prediction chart and trade recommendation page.

  5. Check the latest news section for the same stock.

Tech stack:

Front end: Angular

Back end: Python API with yfinance and other libraries

Deployed as a Static + backend Space on Hugging Face

Feedback requested:

I would be grateful for any feedback on:

The scoring logic for TA, FA and news

The usefulness of the prediction and trade recommendation pages

UI and usability suggestions

Ideas for additional indicators or markets to support

Please note that Py-Trade is a research and learning project and not financial advice. Users should do their own research before taking any trading decisions.

Thank you for taking the time to try Py-Trade and for any comments you may share.

Best regards,
Ragu
