Openness
- How much someone tends to like novelty, ideas, imagination, aesthetics, curiosity, and unusual experiences.

High: curious, imaginative, creative, open to change
Low: practical, routine-oriented, conventional, prefers familiar things

Conscientiousness
- How organized, responsible, careful, and goal-directed someone tends to be.

High: disciplined, reliable, planful, detail-oriented
Low: spontaneous, flexible, less structured, may procrastinate

Extraversion
- How socially energetic and outwardly expressive someone tends to be.

High: talkative, energetic, assertive, enjoys groups
Low: quiet, reserved, enjoys solitude or smaller interactions

Agreeableness
- How cooperative, trusting, considerate, and harmony-oriented someone tends to be.

High: kind, empathetic, forgiving, cooperative
Low: blunt, skeptical, competitive, more conflict-tolerant

Neuroticism
- How emotionally reactive or stress-sensitive someone tends to be.

High: anxious, sensitive to stress, emotionally volatile
Low: calm, emotionally stable, less easily worried

KiSS-18 Basic Skill is different from Big Five. KiSS-18 stands for Kikuchi’s Scale of Social Skills: 18 items. It measures practical social/communication skill, especially basic interpersonal behavior.

KiSS18_BasicSkill means something like:

- ability to handle everyday social interactions smoothly

High: starts/maintains conversations well, responds appropriately, manages interpersonal situations
Low: may struggle with conversational timing, expressing oneself, or navigating social situations
