Rhizome

Rhizome is a multimodal foundation model to fascillitate a wide variery of downstream tasks of scientific discovery in the fields of materials science and chemistry. Pretrained on an extensive dataset consisting of billions of samples, Rhizome can handle multiple data modalities. These include SMILES, SELFIES, molecular graphs, Density Functional Theory (DFT) properties, optical spectra, and so on.
