| <li>You will keep your API key secure and not share it publicly</li> | |

| <h2>Robot Safety</h2> | |
| <p>When using Reachy's Brain with Reachy Mini, you agree to:</p> | |

| <li>Follow all safety guidelines provided by Pollen Robotics</li> | |
| <li>Ensure the robot is placed on a stable surface</li> | |
| <li>Supervise the robot during operation</li> | |
| <li>Keep the robot away from edges, obstacles, and hazards</li> | |
| <li>Not allow unsupervised access by children</li> | |
| </ul> | |
| <p>You are solely responsible for the safe operation of your robot.</p> | |

| <h2>Acceptable Use</h2> | |
| <p>You agree not to use the Software to:</p> | |

| <li>Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content</li> | |
| <li>Harass, threaten, or intimidate others</li> | |
| <li>Violate any applicable laws or regulations</li> | |
| <li>Infringe on the rights of others</li> | |
| <li>Attempt to bypass safety measures in the robot or AI services</li> | |
