Add g7e.48xlarge alongside g7e.2xlarge in the configured instance types so it appears in the dashboard and is included in automatic capacity sweeps. Update the configuration comment and README to document this additional size.

Validation: local checks confirmed that the state API lists both G7e sizes and the automatic sweep includes g7e.48xlarge; Python compilation and git diff --check passed. AWS calls were mocked; no live reservations were created during validation.
