Hello Hugging Face team,
I’m building a multilingual medical voice assistant that performs ASR, medical intent matching, and Yoruba TTS generation for low-resource language healthcare support.
The project currently runs on CPU, but ASR inference latency is high (~90 seconds per request). Access to a GPU would significantly improve real-time performance and user experience.
The project is educational and focused on improving accessibility for African languages.
I would appreciate consideration for GPU support or community grant access.
