Sandbox Creation Error
Now, agent is unable to create a cpu-basic sandbox, earlier it worked properly but now it shows 401 error and after sometime it shows error 429 too many requests.

It was solved but lately many times when trying to access sandbox it says
"" Sandbox is still starting. Please retry shortly. ""
as an error and tries multiple times with same error message and stops.
Hey @automlmodel55 i pushed a change to prevent restarts of the sandbox - let me know if it’s better!
@lewtun Yes the problem has been solved, but I have a suggestion with preventing it from restarting sandbox, can you also add changes to remove existing sandboxes created by ml-intetn earlier as they are empty already while viewing as their are limits for sandbox which popped up sometimes as shown in screenshots for duplication which is 15 per day.
And due to your change sandboxes will get Stacked in account, so I think change to remove earlier sandboxes is very necessary.
@lewtun And now there is a new minor issue sometimes while trying to start a sandbox it gets stuck at sandbox still starting please wait. And then it retries to start sandbox.
In following screenshots you can see the number of bash commands before sandbox creation are all with same message given I other screenshot.
