Can you create an app that compiles the top profiting solana wallets and the memecoins their profiting off of. Can you add important data from helium API, gmgn.io, pumpfun.io, dexcheck.ai, dexscreener.com, jup.ag, photon-sol.tinyastro.io, app.insightx.network, solscan.io, rugcheck.xyz, v1.web.blazingapp.com, dbotx.com, solsniper.com, dune.com, memetools.app, dropstab.com, mest.io, bubblemaps.io, solanacompass.com, x.com, reddit.com. Can you also add buy,sell, or hold signals for memecoins that are trending with a lot of volume based on start some of the top performing wallets are doing and have it refresh every 2 seconds. Give each a number of wallets buying vs selling, signal strength indicator, confidence score, risk analysis and a detailed reasoning for it.
